Qualifications;

  1. High school graduate or G.E.D certificate preferred.
  2. Completion of a written Competency Evaluation.
  3. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
  4. Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to

Resposibilities:

  1. Performing basic housekeeping chores, such as vacuuming, doing
    laundry, dusting and washing dishes
  2. Grocery shopping and preparing meals, according to clients’ preferences and
    individual dietary needs and restrictions
  3. Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, grooming,
    dressing, toileting and feeding
  4. Reminding patients to take medications and providing other basic health
    supports
  5. Providing companionship through conversation and activities
  6. Keeping accurate records of services performed, patients’ health status and
    hours worked

Qualifications;

Registered Nurse (RN)

  1. Must be available evenings and weekends, if needed with notice.
  2. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
  3. A licensed RN in good standing, holding a current license in MA.
  4. Availability to provide home visits to private home care clients.
  5. Orientation, supervision, and education of Certified Home Health Aides.
  6. Availability to share on-call responsibilities when needed.
  7.  Experience in home care, education, or community nursing preferred.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  1. Must be available evenings and weekends, if needed with notice.
  2. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
  3. A licensed LPN in good standing, holding a current license in MA.
  4. Availability to provide home visits to private home care clients.
  5. Orientation, supervision, and education of Certified Home Health Aides.
  6. Availability to share on-call responsibilities when needed.
  7. Experience in home care, education, or community nursing preferred.

Qualifications:

Physical Therapy

  1. Must be available evenings and weekends, if needed with notice.
  2. Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy required.
  3. A licensed PT in good standing, holding a current license in MA
  4. Availability to provide home visits to private home care clients.
  5. Orientation, supervision, and education of PTA.
  6. Availability to share on-call responsibilities when needed.
  7. Experience in home care preferred.

Physical Therapy Assistant

  1. Must be available evenings and weekends, if needed with notice.
  2. Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy Assistant required.
  3. A licensed PTA in good standing, holding a current license in MA
  4. Availability to provide home visits to private home care clients.
  5. Availability to share on-call responsibilities when needed.
  6. Experience in home care preferred.

Occupational Therapy

  1. Must be available evenings and weekends, if needed with notice.
  2. Graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy required.
  3. A licensed OT in good standing, holding a current license in MA
  4. Availability to provide home visits to private home care clients.
  5. Orientation, supervision, and education of COTA.
  6. Availability to share on-call responsibilities when needed.
  7. Experience in home care preferred.

Occupational Therapy Assistant ( COTA )

  1. Must be available evenings and weekends, if needed with notice.
  2. Graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy Assistant
    required.
  3. A licensed COTA in good standing, holding a current license in MA
  4. Availability to provide home visits to private home care clients.
  5. Availability to share on-call responsibilities when needed.
  6. Experience in home care preferred.
